    good water! Best in Kitchen & Bathroom Faucets

    My only complaint is that the instructions could be a lot better and could include pictures etc. Otherwise great product, some included accessories were very well designed to save a lot of work. It's basically a T-connector that gives you the initial water connection (no cutting the water line!). Many connections were made at the factory which saved time, but again poor quality illustrations and instructions made it more confusing than it needed to be.     Metpure faucet on water filtration and softener

    I bought an oil rubbed bronze faucet and it looks good but it has started to leak from the handle area leaving hard water stains all over the base. I spent almost $50 on a faucet that can be thrown away and replaced in less than a year. I haven't installed it yet, but I've increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.     Very good faucet (mine is brushed nickel to match my sink ), well made and easy to install, even on a standard faucet hole. The instructions are sparse (a small diagram on the back of the box) and don't exactly match what's in the box, but if you have a regular faucet installed there's no problem.     Looks really nice next to my triangular kitchen faucet. My biggest gripe with the tech. They add a tool to make installation easier, which it does, but the Hose connection 1/4"? In earnest? Most reverse osmosis systems use 3/8" hose. Why not add a $2 adapter?     Components feel good but connection between spout and base is weak

    I like the weight of the product, it looks like a quality base. The valve opens and closes gently. This style is perfect for my kitchen. I only gave 3 stars because the spout has no fixed connection to the base. seems weak. I tightened the nut as tight as I could (to the hilt) but the spout still wobbles back and forth about +/- 1/4 inch for a total of 1/2 inch.
