Batteries were installed when product was first purchased and would not turn on. Tried another set of new batteries, still doesn't work. item returned

Tone settings work well on high measurements but not so well on smaller inches and pounds. It was just what I needed to work on my Harley.

Although I didn't buy mine from Revain this is an amazing digital torque wrench at a fraction of the price of a major brand digital wrench. Set it to both foot-pounds and inch-pounds. The only complaint is that the instructions could have been a lot better, but after playing around with it for a while I was able to get used to the features.
