Today I was about half dry on my Viper and the hose came off, the nozzle didn't come off, the part where the nozzle connects came off the hose. Not only suitable for second use. I bought this as a 'refurbished' product so I'm not sure if my problem is a defect or just a device. If I turn on both fans, they run correctly for a few minutes, then one of the fans turns off for a few minutes, and then turns on again. This cycle continues as long as I use the device. It's not blowing on one fan enough and I have to wait for it to return to both fans to blow enough water out of the car.
