So the mop broke after 3 uses. The twisting machine fell apart halfway through its third run. The regular mop I previously bought from the grocery store lasted over a year.

WAAAY handle is too short and I'm 5ft 3in tall. For some reason the mop heads stain the water. This is very bad! Floors like this! The photo I'm attaching was after wringing the mop vigorously 5 times!

We unpacked the device, assembled it and then tried it out. On the second twist of the mop it clicked and broke with jagged edges. Also, the handle was too short for a tall user.

Bought this mop in December 2020 and it works great. More recently, the handle broke and began to stagger. I would like to know if I can buy a replacement pen. The mop works great so I don't want to buy another one and would rather not buy a whole new set as I haven't had to use a second mop head yet. Can support contact me?

If you are looking for a lightweight mop that squeezes out a lot of water and washes well, you have found it! I've been cleaning homes/offices for over 30 years. When I use a mop instead of washing my hands and knees, this mop gets the job done. My only complaint, the handle could have been a bit longer. I'm 5ft 8" and have to bend down a bit to use the mop. The attachments are easy to swap out, wash well in the washing machine and reuse. In general, the mop is EXCELLENT!

This is my second mop. I liked the 1. This one has a cheap feel, the microfiber mop head didn't stay on the handle on first use without a lot of hammering and fumbling to make it stay and the microfiber mop head got completely tangled in the press. Otherwise great mop! It's pretty heavy, easy to use, and works well. I haven't used the white mop head yet. I hope it's better than purple and I haven't tried washing yet.

I bought this mop based on the description and the reviews sounded good. I've had too much time to give it back now and I'm home and it's not easy to give things back. That's why I buy from Revain.
