💧 Enhanced MICROLINE R.O. Split Pre / Post / Inline Filter Set Review

Built-in filter did not look like the picture. The one in the picture clearly shows the direction of flow and has a label with graphics. The one I received was completely empty with no label and NOTHING to indicate flow direction. To make things even more confusing, the shapes of the filters didn't quite match either. I'm not sure what to say as I write this. I may have to experiment to find out. When I last ordered the inline filter didn't have these issues.

The cost of these filters is much more than what I paid through the local water treatment company that installed my reverse osmosis system. At first I was skeptical; I wasn't sure if it would fit my reverse osmosis system perfectly or if these filters were fake. However, having bought this item 2 or 3 times I am confident in its quality, fit and functionality. These three filters are around $50-$60 from my local supplier, so I'm glad I found a reliable replacement for a lot less.

I have purchased this set several times and have installed it with no problems. I last changed it in early September and recently noticed a slow drop in water pressure. He took off the built-in filter and the bucket was immediately filled with black "powder". We cleaned all the lines and restored the water pressure, only the lines were clogged by the end of the week. Okay it must have been a bad unit so I reordered earlier this week. Warning. The latest batch of two (2) sets of filters came with different installed activated carbon filters than those pictured and described. The illustration and description correspond to the K2333-KK line filter, which is a direct quick connect. The supplier has supplied K2333-BB filters which require two (2) male 1/4" x 18 x 3/8" quick connect adapters for each in-line filter. I was unhappy, but I usually try to avoid such situations.
