The microphone in the headphones often turned into a shirt and my voice sounded muffled. It's on the table in front of me and can't be seen right now. Works great and nobody complains that my voice drops out while driving. Cheap repair.

Comes in a box. Plugs into a USB port and the W10 will recognize it and set it up on its own. Flexible, therefore easy to position. It has a button to turn it on and a light so I know it's on. The weird thing was that the W10 considered it a speaker, so when that mic was on, my normal speakers were muted. Go to W10 Settings, Sound, Speakers and disable this microphone. Capable of it for the microphone.

For some strange reason I can't hear any sound with the mic on until I turn off my mic. Makes it impossible to use for work meetings. Either you talk or you listen, neither is possible with this cheap thing. Should have known better than to buy a USB mic. Stick to a device with a stereo jack that won't interfere with your audio drivers.

I love this mic. Easy to use for scaling and everything else. Plug and play and my computer connected straight away. My new computer has a built in directional microphone and it was a problem when a family was sitting with me trying to speak with magnification and no one could hear them. I bought this microphone and the problem was solved. Many Thanks

your service! Also, I was wrong - there is actually an audio output built into the microphone, so Windows thought that this microphone was also a speaker. I had to return this mic for two reasons (1) The description clearly says there is a mute button, but it's not a mute button, it's a power button. So when you turn it off, my laptop's built-in microphone turns on. (2) When I plug in this microphone, Windows also thinks it is a speaker, so I can no longer hear any sound on my PC.

Además el boton de apagar non sirve para mutearse ya que desactivar el dispositivo y Automaticamente ce me activa el siguiente dispositivo en caso de tener available (e.g. laptop microphone or camera microphone), deberia simplemente cortar el audio y no desactivarse como dispositivo.

This setup was difficult to set up with new speakers and an external USB port, but we finally got it right. Then it worked wonderfully! i love the size
