I have had it for 5 days now and I have skype with my mate in Australia. The video is just as sharp and focused, and the only time it was blurry was when my buddy was joking around with his friend and getting too close to his webcam, but once they calmed down my image was crystal clear again. It was his webcam trying to focus, not mine. Easy setup as no setup is required. Just plug in and get started. Absolutely no problem.

Written in 1080p but this camera looks blurry. It's also VERY jerky and there's noticeable breaks in the video as you move back and forth. The image is quite distorted at the edges. It's "easy to install" in that you just plug it in, but if you unplug and move the webcam or even fiddle with the cable in any way, the camera will sometimes turn off. You need to unplug/plug in. Wouldn't buy this again.

Webcam works great! No installation or hassle, just plug in USB and your webcam will run like clockwork. I tested it on OBS and the quality is great! I was originally looking for something with 60 fps, but for now that's enough because it gets the job done! I bought two of these cameras based on the good reviews I read here. I installed one for my mother-in-law to help her connect to Zoom calls. The image quality was very poor; dark and very pixelated. The image had a dark reddish brown hue. This was installed on an Acer computer with Windows 10 that was only a few years old. It plugged directly into the USB on the back of the PC. If you have apps in Chrome that require a camera, this works great! I'm an online teacher and our virtual classroom is hosted in a web browser and not in a separate app like Zoom. Chrome recognized this camera without any problems, even when I had Bluetooth enabled. The picture is also very clear, the microphone works perfectly. I really like this camera. I was a little hesitant thinking the fisheye angle would be too wide but it's perfect for what I need.
