Screen alignment issues on dual 21 " monitors

Screen alignment issues on 2 monitors even after all updates are done. I have to restart the system several times for it to display correctly.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Exchange availability

Definitely has glitches

While it works fairly well as a USB hub, it has two major drawbacks. First off, the audio jack isn't working, Surface registers it as not working. Secondly, when the tablet is turned off and you leave it connected to the network, the docking station emits noticeable "beats" at intervals of 10-15 seconds. It gets so annoying that I had to turn the hub off completely to calm myself down a bit. Definitely disappointed.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Useless features

Ideal for its cramped place of use

Does what it promises - the best for the price. I think it's worth warning people who are considering buying that this kind of vendor lock-in is created. When the time comes when you start considering a new non-Surface device that is incompatible with the very limited range of devices Microsoft has set it up for, then you'll be thinking about the money, you have spent on this device. In this context, I could recommend a more general solution that is compatible with a wider range of devices. But

A must-have for workstations in the Surface ecosystem

Notice right away that this isn't a 60Hz 4K model, it's a 30Hz model. It fits me; I use it for work, not for gaming. If, like me, you've bought into the Surface ecosystem, I can't recommend this enough for your personal workstation. The benefit that Microsoft's pricing gives you is that it frees up the USB port on your Surface, since the docking station connects through the port on the Surface. The main note I have is that there seems to be a small number of USB ports: two USB-A ports on the…
