💻 Renewed Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 – Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB – Burgundy Review

Received it today and it looks brand new. It was packaged in a Microsoft box and marked as certified and refurbished. I checked the warranty, it is for 1 year. Hopefully I won't have any issues in the future, but it's nice to know that Microsoft will have this covered. Delivery was fast. UPS dropped the package off at my doorstep even though it required a signature. Luckily I was at home.

I loved this laptop until I started using it. , it stops loading. The light starts flashing, so you find yourself taping it to hold it in position to charge. Then the loading process stops completely. I know this is an issue with the Microsoft Surface, not just my laptop, because the ex-boss had a more expensive $2500 version with a detachable screen, and the power adapter on his computer did the same thing. Everything worked right out of the box and then I immediately ran into a problem where the computer would blue screen and randomly reboot. Hoping it was just a Windows issue, my roommates and I tried to figure it out. Apparently the problem is with the hard drive. I'm trying to get it back now and I'll update the answer. But I'm certainly not happy that I spent so much money on it.
