I had a problem with this microwave when trying to switch from convection to microwave. I also used the main oven and the extractor fan worked too. Then the circuit board went out, but the fan was still running. It appeared to be a fuse, so when I found it behind the keyboard on the left I could see the correct specs. Ordered, replaced, everything works!

I replaced the fuse and the microwave lamp and fan worked properly but the fuse blew again after I started heating water in the microwave. Approx. 2 seconds after end of life. This fuse was supposed to replace the Frigidaire OEM part (5304509451) but did not work. I am sending it back to Revain and only order OEM from Frigidaire. You are from Revain.

(Make sure you take all security measures). Works great now. The time will show!

Blown fuse in my 10 year old Kitchen Aid KCMS135GSS microwave. The cause was heat from a poor connection between the fuse holder and fuse, which melted the fuse holder plastic and increased resistance and heat until it blew. I replaced the fuse holder with a General Electric WB06X10034 microwave fuse holder, also a Revain, which is a perfect match for the microwave and fuse. If I could give these 10 stars, I would. Couldn't be happier. This $1.60 fuse saved me $1200 on a microwave replacement (I put a ridiculously expensive Eletrolux Icon in a convection microwave), especially during the holidays. Luck also helped that nothing inside was broken when the unit stopped working, but this spare fuse is great even if used for troubleshooting!
