I don't waste time returning items like this, but at the same time they need to be replaced or returned by Amazon. Since nobody can be reached by phone, customers are left without much help. I have a couple of clip on fans and let me tell you this one pushes the most air for such a small size. You can still feel the air at least 4 or 5 feet away and they are very quiet too. I bought 2 of these in May and it's only been about 3 months but they both no longer work properly. The blades will still rotate when you switch between 3 speeds BUT you won't feel air from the fan unless you are literally 2 inches away.
