Bought these to take my gel manicure off at home. Little did I know when I ordered them that the pads (which are already glued to the foil squares) do not contain acetone. I had some at home but I didn't have an eyedropper (as instructed in the instructions) so I had to pour it onto each square. I then tried to wrap each of them around my fingers (hard enough, but thumbs were impossible!). Thank goodness the set also included a cuticle pusher and nail polish remover! Definitely worth the money…

Completely disappointing. Does it matter how much acetone you add to the foil and how long you leave it on as it won't remove the gel polish from the nails?

Came through Prime quickly. It is very convenient for removing gel polish. Depending on which brand of gel polish you use will affect how long it takes to remove. I took off a few top coats of gel polish, put some acetone on a foil cotton pad and wrapped the cotton pad around my nails. It may take 10 to 30 minutes for the acetone to dissolve the layers of gel. This is a cotton pad attached to aluminum foil. not sure what else to say about that. I ordered this, it came, if you put acetone on it, you can wrap the nails and effectively remove the varnish. Works well with nail polish remover clips also available on Amazon.

Use them because it's easier. Less Mess! I have had my nails done many times and am very happy with it. Strong foil! Used 2 times with no problems. I say get these, you won't be disappointed!
