MikroTik quality at an affordable price

Great little router with lots of features. I'd really like to see MikroTik shut down all of its 100Mb hardware and standardize it to 1Gb - the lack of even a single 1Gb port is disappointing as Wi-Fi is faster than upstream ports. Buy the 1GB model if you need more speed.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Hard to say

For networkers only.

Mikrotik does great stuff, but it's a big step up from Linksys in terms of customization and the need to know what you're doing. But you get a lot of features for a good price. Wi-Fi is not the strongest, but a good box for an apartment.

Pros
  • Pretty Packaging
Cons
  • Empty

Super complex functionality, no ease of use.

Proper use of this product requires knowledge of network topology. A layman can turn it on and enter a network name and password, but God help you if you want to do more. What you can make of. VLANs, bridges, routing, switching and much more. Everything is laid out in a flat menu with no help for what and for what. What big companies need. No house boy. I would never recommend this for homework unless you are a wireless IT professional in a large international company.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Poorly Thoughtful

software error. the best networking products

The company's approach deserves attention. Some people can and want to build esoteric networks, and they understand that. This is who should buy Mikrotik products. People who want light coverage should probably spend more money on Ubiquity. Configuring Mikrotik is not that simple, apart from the most basic configurations. However, you can customize it for almost anything, and for some it's worth a lot. I use a wireless access point and I use this device to connect to the access point, whichโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Everyone likes it so far
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Good price!

As with this router, I recently bought a 100Mb fiber plan. The seller gave me a very poor quality Huawei router. I was having trouble getting a WiFi signal from the room next to the room where the router is located. With this router the problem is a thing of the past, the signal is strong and the speed is immaculately stable, considering the price this is a good balance between price and quality.

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Not trendy
