Does the job well - gauges

This tire gauge is inexpensive but durable and works as it should. The measurement marks are located around the plunger piece so you will need to rotate it to find the next depth mark. That's actually good, it's so easy to visualize fractions: is the bus between 8 and 9? How close to what? This pressure gauge makes it easy. Other reviewers have referred to the oil leak as if it had been lubricated and was leaking. I haven't noticed such a problem. It doesn't feel slimy at all, like it's justโ€ฆ

Best profile gauge I have ever seen

This is the best profile gauge I have ever seen and I have worked in many tire shops. it's mine, as opposed to the cheap green/red ones floating around the store. The most important thing is its SAE. I have NEVER worked anywhere that required tread depth measurements in metric. Obviously a better system than SAE, I don't need half my tread depth gauge with metric measurements. ), I don't want to be sure that the 32nd is facing me. It sucks when you take a reading and when you pull the sensorโ€ฆ

A must for a handyman but optional for a layman like me. (DIY method is detailed in the review)

This is a handy tool that's better than guessing whether your tires are reliable or not. I would say it's a must have for any auto mechanic or mechanic. However, if you're a regular car owner like me, you can do the same job without spending any money at all. Pros: Accurate and not very expensive. Cons: For some cars like my neighbor's old Honda Civic. The space around the tires is too tight to fit inside. No instructions for laypeople like me. I had to watch several YouTube videos to figureโ€ฆ
