Use a blade to cut an old olive tree into four trunk nodes to encourage healthy new growth. I bought a set of these blades to cut roots on a stump in my garden. The good news is that the stump came out. Too bad it needed 2 blades. Hardened ice or not, the blades won't cut rock. There are still teeth, but they are not sharp. These blades are guaranteed for 5 years but I don't see how they will last that long.
