bits work well. I thought they were better than what they were. As another reviewer said, bits pile up on them so you have to press on them in turn to stop drilling, which causes the hole to blow out. I bought these to replace a mini drill I lost in the wall next to my outhouse while trying to drill a 2x4 in my basement. I probably wouldn't buy them again but I would give the seller five stars. I received them on time and would buy from seller again.

Today I used a 1 inch drill bit to drill through studs, beams and joists. It works great, much better and easier than my standard drill bits. It drills faster and easier because its conical shape doesn't have as much resistance as a standard drill. All holes are drilled clean and without gaps. I would buy them again in a heartbeat and will never go back to a standard auger. I saw a complaint about being kicked out. When you blast the exit, stop clicking on it.
