I LOVE this spatula. Most of them are so flexible that they cannot handle food being turned over, but this one is very dense and durable. I use it with a tamagoyaki pan and it fits perfectly. Definitely recommend this for all cooking.

Call me lazy but it's a lot easier and more reliable to use than making buns with chopsticks! When I'm working fast rather than showing off in front of the public, this is my go-to tool (combined with a rolled-up tamagoyaki pan).

I bought this along with the smaller square TechChef Tamagoyaki Egg Omelet Pan that I bought from Revain. I've only used it once and I love it. Perfect size and easy to roll the egg from one side of the pan to the other. I don't know how long this will take, but so far so good. Is it heat resistant? Egg omelettes don't require too much heat to cook, so they haven't been tested at high heat.

So I didn't buy it for what it was originally intended for, but it was just what I needed. Please don't be offended. But I use it to clean the walls of the cat litter to remove the litter that is sticking together. It is strong yet flexible enough to bend around the edges of the box. There are no chips, cracks or scratches on the instrument; hold well. I think if I bought a second one to use for cooking and fishing that would be great!

This is an amazing spatula. The handle is a little shorter than most spatulas I've used, but the head or top is much wider than most. It fits perfectly in my square tamagoyaki pan. It's really strong, but the silicone it's made of is flexible enough to be used as a scraper. Also, it withstands heat very well as I accidentally left it in the pan for just over a minute while cooking other cooking utensils. My induction oven's top setting is 8 and what I turned on back then was 5. Just don't do it
