Velcro for shoes continued to come loose. The base of the shoe is too thick and heavy, good soft material but poor design unlike your other melissa mini boots which are soft and comfortable.

In a word, this is the worst! First, I purchased this item in less than a week and the price dropped by as much as $5. There was not a word of understanding or understanding from the sales side. Second, the size is larger than I thought. This purchase is really disappointing.
