Compact Duo: Mini Whisks Set - 5 Inches and 7 Inches Review

I've bought them for matcha, hot chocolate or scrambled eggs and they do their job perfectly! The smaller one is really tiny, but its size doesn't stop me from using it for these tasks. Just saying I prefer the larger of the two as it's easier to hold as it's a bit larger. They are easy enough to clean and I've put them in the dishwasher with no problems.

When I was making hot chocolate for my daughter, one of the whisks (I've only used it for the third time) fell apart. I didn't know how many pieces made up the whisk and thought I collected them all. I had not. Thank goodness my daughter noticed these pieces of metal at the bottom of her cup and didn't choke or swallow them! I am very disappointed in the VERY POOR quality of this product.

Well I read a set of 2.5 inch and 7 inch and thought it would make a 2 inch whisk give but a 5 inch whisk and a 7 inch whisk but they are only 2 - one 5 inches and the other 7 inches long - both very thin. I have the previous small whisk which is 8 inches long including the handle but it is much thicker and heavier. I was expecting the 7" to be the same, but it's very, very thin.

Bought these as a gift for my husband for Christmas along with a new cookbook from Binging With Babish. In the YouTube video Binging With Babish, he uses a mini whisk to mix spices and other culinary items. My husband was so excited to have a "mini whisk"! These whisks work well and are easy to clean if you rinse quickly and don't let the sticky stuff dry. It was definitely a good buy!

There were 2 whisks in the set, the smallest of which broke right out of the packaging. I tried attaching part of the handle with super glue but the glue didn't help, it still fell apart and made it difficult to use. I don't recommend this set because they aren't as strong as they should be. The large whisk works well and this handle hasn't broken as badly as the small one, but it's also not as strong as it should be. Bought this item in August. I've since used it to beat eggs, mix dressings, etc. Last week I bit into a scrambled egg and almost choked on a sharp piece of metal that cut out my mouth. See attached photo - a piece of metal broke off while I was hitting. . After this piece of egg I inspected the whisk and while holding it the whole thing fell apart even more (see attached photo).
