Description of MIPRO

Oracle acquired PeopleSoft in 2005. A few of us, who had been at PeopleSoft for almost a decade, saw an opportunity. Create a company dedicated to bringing back outrageous customer service for organizations as passionate about using PeopleSoft as we were. MIPRO was born. Our people’s history translates into a deep understanding of PeopleSoft at its core. We were on the team that developed PeopleSoft’s first implementation methodology, Compass. With that foundation we created MIPRO’s MPower methodology. Very user friendly and flexible as well

The ability it gives you when working with your customers is amazing! It allows me so much flexibility over what I can see/edit from my end without having someone else there (this comes handy after-hours). Sometimes things don't update right away but if they do get updated then that's great too because sometimes something doesn;t come up until later - i guess this has more happened during our downtime than not though!! But overall its just such easy software once u have got used tp everything…

Pros
  • Also all updates made within 1 hr for every user even better still..and most importantly customer service team always ready at hand whenever needed..they really know their stuff...i'm sure glad about them..also good support system available anytime any day via email chat phone call whatever way works best

  • So-so
