MISSHA M BB Boomer: Dewy Finish, Healthy Glow & Skincare Benefits For Improved Skin Tone! Review

I have been using this product for about six months already, this is the fourth one I got so far for home & one to keep in office. This BB cream has became a must have item to everywhere I go now. The results are amazing. It doesn't feel heavy, my face looks instantly brighter and it helps even out skin tone a bit. It works great under make-up, my face looks perfectly smooth after I apply few dap of foundation coverage. I will recommend this product.

I've only been using this a few weeks, but I really like it. I have extremely dry, sensitive skin, and I'm forty-one. This makes my skin feel really soft and supple. This BB Boomer claims that it helps your BB Cream adhere and prolongs the wear of your BB Cream, and I was skeptical. But I can attest that it actually does. It's a lot like a primer to me. I actually like this primer for bb cream. I tired it on my other foundations and found that it gives me a nice glow skin glass like. I said don’t put on a lot just a little, like the saying a little goes a long way.

I'm sad to say this product caused me to have a mild breakout and I feel wasn't as great as a primer as the review's paint it to be. I have used it on top of my usual primer and under foundation which seems to work better then it being on its own.

I do actually like this primer but definitely not when I use it with Foundation. It’s great to add into my skincare routine but as for the staying, gripping power……my makeup slid off my face in an hour. Not a good product in humidity.

This works well with the foundation. It is similar to a highlighter, in that it shimmers like one. Goes on smoothly and doesn't leave a buildup or rub off when putting the foundation on top.

Love how the Boomer keeps the BB cream in place and the added pink shimmer does make you feel girly. The only problem is that I'm olive toned and I struggle with products being too pink all the time. While I like to use this once in a while, it is not something I would use on a regular basis. Does anyone know if there is a non-pink shimmery boomer cream available anywhere?

Works wonderfully underneath the Missha BB Cream, but I also use it with all my other foundations. It really does add a soft shimmer to your skin. It definitely helps your foundation to go on smoother and covers up pours.

Smells like an old lady, sort of a powdery sweet smell? BUT it is really nice. Adds a glow to my skin. It reminds me of MAC's strobe cream, and I do use it with the suggested BB cream. Sometimes when I go to the gym, I will add this to kind of give my skin a healthier look and I don't notice any greasiness or anything undesirable like that.

Great primer! After applying toner/serum/moisturizer I use this when my moisturizer is almost set so that it blends well. After letting it sit for a minute or two I apply the Missha BB cream. The BB Boomer is light and doesn't feel like it's clogging my pores, and the effect is very nice and fresh without being too shimmery! Most products like this end up looking too much like highlighter but this is just the right amount of "glow" underneath a bb cream.

I've had really good luck with Missha products (after trying so, so many BB Creams) and this one has not disappointed. This isn't bad. However, it washes your complexion out. Leaves your face looking very white, so it doesn't absorb as well as other creams. So only use a small amount. I don't feel it does much for my pores either. Actually accentuates them more and makes the BB Cream a little more like paste when placed on top. It's not horrible, but it definitely wasn't great. I use it on my cheeks and avoid areas where I have bigger pores.

I bought this to put under BB cream. It does have a pink tint to it. It is meant to be layered under BB cream to give you a rosy glow. It works, but I think some people will be turned off by how pink it is.

As a person with medium brown skin, while I've fallen in love with Korean skin care, I've steered clear of makeup due to the limited shade selections. I tried this with both BB creams(cushions), CC creams, and foundation. It def. is better for those cushion formulation. i dont really have much big pores but my bb cream stayed on longer with the primer. I think you can get better products out there but if youre on a budget, its not bad to try.

I've bought this 3x now, and found nothing that compares as an all over "glow" (I daub it OVER my foundation/bare skin on forehead, bridge of nose, cheeks: basically use it as a highlighter). It could be used as a primer, I guess, which is Missha's intention as I understand it. But I don't see any benefits (not a pore spackle, doesn't do anything in terms of adhesion/increasing wear of foundation that I can tell), and it takes away the highlighting benefits if you layer a BB or something over…

Product took some time to arrive. Has a beautiful pink-pearl glow. If too much is applied it can make the face appear overly pale. I mixed this with lotion for a smooth and less heavy feeling. Too much of this made my skin itchy and breakout. The product lasted for a very long time. I assume it's because I would mix it with lotion (in my hands) before applying. Three stars for the pink-pearl shimmer and for how well it mixes with lotion. As well as, longevity.
