Not suitable for extra wide feet 3E-4E

This is a very comfortable running shoe with medium support. A wide foot, like mine, means it's pretty tight. My legs hurt a lot after just walking for two days. However, I find myself with another running shoe that I can't wear. probably won't use them again.

Great sneakers

I bought these to replace my last pair of Mizuno Wave Nirvana shoes which were discontinued many years ago (I bought several pairs at the time and just bought the last one). This is the first time I've bought sneakers without trying them on first (not recommended but desperate times). Bought a half size larger than usual because I have Morton toes and black toenails (first time running in 40 years). I have to say I love them as much as the Wave Nirvanas and they are much lighter. Very…

Sneakers Graet best in Shoes

I've been at zero for many years, but before that I had very early versions of the Mizuno wave dating back almost 15 years. Now that I'm over 50 my heels and tendons aren't flexible enough to use 3mm zero drop shoes on pavement and concrete. Although I still love trail running shoes, the days of running in them are over. I took a chance and bought them direct from Amazon without testing them and they work great. There is only one slight movement which I was afraid would cause blisters or at…

Mizuno's Wave Inspire is a great running shoe for people who need more support and stability. They have consistently given me more miles than other brands in the past. For this year's model, they've opted for flat laces instead of the round laces of previous years. I didn't really like round ones, but I like these. The outsole on this model also feels a bit more supportive. My latest Wave Inspire was brand new for only a few runs before it helped me run an entire marathon. They then walked me…

Completion of Cinderella story

With glass slippers (me and this metaphor) he does it perfectly. It has been a long journey to review my post and aim to buy shoes and Soulliner. Each is either slightly oversized around the toes or narrow around the top of the foot. Some felt constrained while others felt loose. To top it off, there was a recurring ankle injury and what appeared to be shin splints. I've been wearing these shoes for two weeks now and am able to walk and run with minimal ankle pain and no calf cramps. The…
