Looks great and very effective.

Fits very tight but after a few miles the shoe fits. Creates excellent balance and resilience for runners with heavy legs. Works great on sidewalks and paths. Looks better on the legs than in the photo. My favorite yet. I bought this brand many years ago when I was serving in the army and it has never let me down.

Great shoes to match Athletic

I have just received my first pair of WaveKnit 3's as I have typically been using the Wave Rider for 5 years. Usually run 20-26 miles a week and I find them to be great shoes. Definitely feel more absorption in the heels. Agree that getting an extra 1/2 up helps with comfort. Would like more color options.

Great looks terrible comfort

Very soft but I don't think it was just my foot because I got my friends to try it there is a spot on the heel where the side always and keeps hitting and it creates a bubble. For a sneaker, that was awful, and considering the price, the company should have known. All shoes ruined because the look was great too.

Why it's so hard: Road running

Too hard. I did some research and saw that they weighed over 13 ounces, but many reviews said they were comfortable. Well, they didn't exist at all. I didn't walk in it. I wore them around the house all day, they were so tight and heavy. I didn't feel the usual pillowy cloud on my feet when walking. I will say that I love Mizuno sneakers and have worn them for many years. These just didn't fit so I had to send them back. Went and bought my regular Waveriders and they are great. Mizuno is not…
