You need a very good magnifying glass to see what you are doing.

A stereoscope with 10x magnification would be ideal. Find and watch multiple YouTube videos. some are much better than others. There is a very good option with a girl changing the plug with a camera view through the scope. She talks about the process and outlines the "windows" for aligning the connector. Expect 3 good hours.
