The UI is very easy to use with all the features that I need in one place - sales force, marketing, customer 360, service center, etc. Customer Service - for sure! No service portal as such but we have our own custom CRM application which provides us all needed functionality. There's nothing that I dislike really, the product just works. I do like that it has multiple integrations - Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack, etc. Nothing specifically at this moment. We utilize both the mobile appsβ¦
