Flexibility to manage clients and their accounts efficiently

The ability for me as an account manager, or any other member of our team has been able make changes without having access in house IT department! This allows us time management flexibility that would not be available with just using internal resources only if you are lucky enough get someone who can do it at all within 24 hours!! I don't have anything negative about this software so far but i am sure there will come up something eventually when we use more than one system together which may…

Great customer service and great product

The platform has been very flexible, allowing us to use all of their services as we've needed them in order for our app to grow with our business's needs! None that I can think of right now but they are always willing to work out any issues if need be. It took some time getting everything setup correctly but once it was set up the support team were quick at responding when things went wrong or not quite working how expected/needed.
