Modelur is an easy-to-use, yet very powerful parametric urban design software tool, developed to help you quickly create conceptual urban massing. It calculates key urban control parameters on the fly (e.g. FAR or required number of parking lots), delivering important information while design is still evolving. Very good software, user friendly interface

I like that this program has many different sections where one can add as much detail into each section about what they are wanting in their model so there isn't always confusion for me between adding walls/roofs versus floors etc...and then creating my project file within QTVAAR once completed! Sometimes some steps seem easier with another programme such models but having both will definitely assist because sometimes if something makes sense only using qtvaraar doesn’t do exactly right which…

Pros
  • It works better visually too since its software designed specifically justfor engineers & architects working together while collaborating ideas
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
