Misleading design, useless gadget

Through trial and error I found that this grinder is not as convenient as it seems. The design is misleading and it takes way too much effort to grind even a tiny amount of salt .The only pro is that it looks nice on the counter, but its essentially useless in terms of function. Save your money and invest in a more reliable gadget..

Disappointing quality, poor performance

The product might look good but the materials used are of poor quality and the performance is disappointing. Using this product, our team found that it takes a lot of effort to grind anything and still LEAVES a lot of it ungrindable. The grinder is also hard to clean and the design is not ergonomic. It seems like the manufacturer is more concerned with aesthetics than actual functionality. .

Wanted to like but didn't live up to expectations

As another reviewer mentioned, the plastic wrap is coming off on both grinders. This is particularly annoying when operating it with one hand. That's why I bought this set. I wanted to have freshly ground salt and pepper when cooking, but the salt grinder is too generous and the pepper grinder very stingy. Salt takes me no more than two button presses, while peppering the food being cooked requires me to press a dozen times. The slipping of the sleeve makes it difficult to work with one hand. I
