The crane looked great. However, when my plumber tried to install

The faucet looked great. However, when my plumber tried to install it, the part that was under the nozzle was missing from the box and the unit would not install. I had to ask him to reinstall the old device (Moen too). Her famous "buy for beauty, buy for life" should be changed to "buy for beauty, buy for life, but before you disassemble what you have, make sure all the details are in the box." Someone from the QS sleeps at the light switch.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Color Unoiled Bronze

This model was used in 3 washes about 3 years ago when it was remodeled. One of them rusted so I ordered this replacement. The plumber installed it for us, but after it was installed I noticed the color was different. Mine looks like bronze but not oiled bronze. It is lighter in color. Thankfully, it's installed in the single sink vanity rather than the double sink vanity in our master bathroom, so it's not as noticeable. If I had noticed this before the installation, I would have contacted…

Great product but you MUST purchase a separate set of pre-clean valves!

I am pleased with the quality and appearance of this faucet kit but I was very disappointed that none of the valves came with the kit and there is no mention that you MUST purchase them separately . After preparing to install in a remodeled bathroom, I found I was missing a few components. I studied and ordered the widely used Moen 9000 toilet inlet valve with pop-up waste and M-PACT technology. I think some wording should be added to the description of this product to let you know that you…

Finish does not match other items in the Brantford range

I have two bathrooms in my house with all Moen fixtures completely new furnished. Almost every item in the line. But there is a significant lack of consistency in finishing within the lines. Everything is brushed nickel on top and oiled bronze on bottom. The nickel is darker and yellower than the nickel in the rest of my house, and the Moen nickel pieces don't even match perfectly. Bronze rubbed with oil is worse. It ranges from pieces mottled with some lighter bronze to some almost uniformly…

Pros
  • WARM AND WELCOMING: The brushed nickel finish gives a slightly matte warm metallic gray look

I'm happy with it, but there are a few criticisms.

I installed this faucet myself in a new cupboard about 2 weeks ago. So far so good - no leaks. I have 2 minor complaints: 1. The finish is a bit darker than the rest of the Brantford accessories that I have fitted to match. If you look at the photos of these items (tp holder, towel bar, toilet handle, round towel bar and coat hook), you may notice that some of them, especially the tp holder, look a little different from others. However, I found all of the accessories to match, but this faucet…

Pros
  • COORDINATING COLLECTION: Coordinates with other faucets and accessories from the Brantford Collection
Cons
  • Not sure

The m-pact system is a good idea and a must have when purchasing this faucet set. It's just an expensive fairing kit with no plumbing valves. I have original m-pact fittings from 1999-2003 at home, so they should be compatible with this system. Unfortunately, this kit and Moen didn't suit me. My original spout has a Moen design flaw that allows water to easily drip through the spout handle hole onto the M-Pact deck assembly, causing it to rust and stick to the spout. This prevents the old spout
