As a quality control officer of 40 years and a cleaning fanatic, I can genuinely say I was more than pleasantly surprised about how well this product worked to remove mold. Have had a reoccurring issue with slight mold buildup in the corners of a tiled shower enclosure for several years. This product is ideal for small areas that require gel where spray will not do. It does not rinse off with HOT water. It needs to be wiped off and discarded. With that being said, I would not recommend using this on large areas, unless you can wipe every single place that has an application.

My small freezer had been unused in the basement for years. So the white rubber seal had become black with mold. When I initially applied the the top several inches almost immedualy turned white again. After 4 hours I wiped it down and it was awesome. A couple of small spots that I missed initially I redid. Now I'm not ashamed now to have it in my kitchen. Great prduct, easy to use and does a great job.

I have had some black mold in the seal of my farmhouse sink that drives me crazy. I tried this overnight and I was so happy to see it was all gone but one tiny spot. I will treat that one again tonight. Easy to use.

I'm renting a house and the washer had some mode on it and was very hard to clean.I tried the traditional homemade solution with vinegar and baking soda, which helped clean it out a bit, but this product was almost magical, I applied it and in a few hours it was clean and good as new.

I used this on my front load washer seal. Nothing else would remove mold not even another mold removal spray. You do have to leave it on for the required time. I still have some minor stains around seal edges that I will treat for a longer period. A must have if you own a front loader!

This gel actually removed the thick layer of disguising mold/goop that was lining the inside of the rubber ring. I’ve spent so much time trying to deep clean and keep up with this mess, but nothing seemed to actually remove the mold completely until this product. I followed the instructions, applied the gel, left it overnight and wiped then rinsed if off in the morning. Simple and quick.

I have to replace some grout so I thought this would be a perfect place to test this out. I left it on for about 3 hours and it got rid of majority of the stain that was there. I was skeptical of this working but the reviews were good so I decided to try after other methods had failed. The rubber ring inside my washer has a decent amount of mold that would not wipe out with traditional cleaning products. I found this works best if you use lots of it. You have to completely saturate the area you're treating and for heavy stains I let it sit over night for more than 12 hrs. Nothing cleans mold and mikdew stains off front load washer door seals except this cleaner. Takes some scrubbing but it works.

Does exactly what it claims. I used it on some silicone caulk (between tub and tiles) that was 10 - 15 years old and looking bad with many black spots. After the 3 hour wait time I wiped it off and the caulking looked like new.
