This pillow comes in super vacuum packaging but if you follow the instructions it comes to life as expected. It's bigger than I thought which was actually a pleasant surprise! Our baby isn't born yet but the pillow width and buckle straps fit both me and my husband so I think it would be good for some dad-baby interaction + feeding time. We have another nursing pillow from another brand so we're going to keep one on top and one on the bottom for now - let's see which one we like best!
