Instructions are easy, especially with the instruction DVD. I've used a few projects as Christmas gifts, but found that origami isn't "my thing". This is definitely a great set and worth the money.

I really liked the book and DVD that came with it. Since most clear-money stacks are better, I can't use many of the designs on the go (like Restaurant Picks), but still have fun creating a successful stack character/object.

In general it wasn't quite what I expected. The illustrations are harder to follow than most other books I've found. Good that a DVD was included. I wrongly assumed that each piece would cost a dollar—or maybe two if it was a box that needed a lid. Some projects used between two and five dollars.

Has a few big wrinkles, but there aren't many more in the book. It includes some fake dollar bills for practice. However, because paper isn't as durable as dollar bills, it's not a good substitute. It is best to practice with real dollar bills. I would have preferred a more comprehensive list of folds, but this book does a good job of what it contains.

This is a really interesting and motivating book for teenagers and older. It comes with a great guide, a CD and lots of counterfeit money to practice with. All you need is time and patience. I gave these sets to two teenagers (12 and 13 years old). Both teenagers needed a little adult help to complete their first project, a dollar ring. Every boy was very excited when they started. I like it very much. Plan to follow the tradition of giving away dollar bills this holiday season. My recent exposure to origami makes this a natural inclusion. The book provides a good foundation for basic origami money shapes. The DVD helps clarify folds and techniques. For me it helped lighten the various wrinkles. I did 5 projects in the first hour. I always find origami videos a thousand times easier than written instructions. So it was appreciated here and worth the price.
