This is a brutal amp. Weighing in at 93 pounds, lugging it around and hooking it up to an AV system isn't for the faint of heart. The sound is crystal clear, the only thing I can say is that the noise level is slightly higher than my Anthem MRX720 AVR. So far mine is working great powered by my Yamaha AVR as preprocessor with cheap but decent RCA cables. No hum, the trigger works as it should with no need to change any trigger related settings in the AVR. This was a huge upgrade for me, bringing my KEF LS50 to life and sounding so much better than the AVR.
