This 5-speed binding insert will NOT fit Decora Standard Rosette. If you intend to use it standalone in a single device setup, it comes with a matching plate. What could be wrong with such a simple product? It has banana clips on both sides, suggesting you can use banana forks on either side, which is only true depending on the banana fork you're using. I tried using very good quality Sewell deadbolt banana plugs and found them to be too long to use on either side. You will pop out the banana plug on the opposite side when fully inserted. These two pairs of speaker plates were a cheap alternative but the little money I saved wasn't worth the hassle. My main issue was that the included screws for attaching the terminal block to the junction box (I used Arlington LV mounting brackets) are too large in diameter. This speaker wall plate is an excellent, well made product (as always from Monoprice). Both the plastic sheet and the plastic binding molding are thick and strong. However, I made a few adjustments to better suit my needs. The wall panel arrived with two red brackets on the long edge and two black brackets on the opposite long edge. The functional part of this plate is fine if you manage to install it. In doing so, I encountered two problems. First, the plate is not solid. Like a light switch, it consists of an insert and a cover. Unlike other reviewers, I had no trouble snapping the insert into the lid.
