Smooth Ride with Rock-Solid Suspension

This shock absorber provides a level of comfort that is typically reserved for more expensive options. The ride is significantly smoother than many other options on the market. Additionally installation is a breeze - it's clear that Monroe knows what they`re doing when it comes to automotive suspension. The only drawback is that while it's made of durable materials, some users report the shock failing after only a few years of use .Overall, though, this is a great option for anyone looking to…

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Not suitable for vehicles with specific suspension systems

Impressive Shock Absorber for Automotive Enthusiasts!

As a hesitant buyer, I was skeptical of Monroe's shock absorber, but after using it in my car I am extremely satisfied with the results. The product provides excellent stability on the road especially on bumpy and uneven surfaces. As a result of using this product, I found that my car now ensures a smoother ride, and I feel more confident while driving .The only con is that I wish it came with better installation instructions, but overall I strongly recommend this product to any automotive…

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting

No upper or lower steel bushings.

These replacement shock absorbers for the front of my Freightliner Fl112 fit fine, however they did not come with the steel bushings required for installation. I had to make bushings for the installation. The piston is much larger than the OEM for better handling. Perhaps a different part number would have the correct upper and lower bushings.

Pros
  • Shock absorbers
Cons
  • Nothing
