Ideal for developing motor skills!

My 2 year old loves this toy! She learned how to collect it quickly, and he keeps her attention for a long time. He teaches her many concepts like colors, shapes, sizes, numbers. In addition, it is excellent for fine motor skills as well as for developing gross motor skills. Must buy!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not all fit

2 year old is best at sorting and stacking toys

We got this for our 2 year old for his birthday last month. He likes to name colors, count to 4 and put them on the right pins. He's still enjoying it a month later. Plus, his 8-year-old brother and 3-year-old sister love to play with him! Excellent purchase.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • So far so good

Some may require adult supervision

This toy is very popular with my 18 month old granddaughter. However, it requires constant adult supervision. She doesn't always want to keep blocks with the board. So I figured out how to get her interested, including using the box the toy came in.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Not bad

Helps with fine motor skills!

A great toy for developing fine motor skills. My 1 year old grandson loves pulling them all out and after a few tries he moves on to something else. He definitely has a concept, but it might suit him better when he's a few months older. Love the durability and the vibrant colors!

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • The list will be long.

The loops are loose! Best Toy for Toddlers

This is a great toy but I turned around and saw my baby chewing on one of the clothespins. I checked the rest of the pins and found that most of them were loose. No glue was used for assembly, just put pins in the holes. I was able to fix it with wood glue but be careful with this toy.

Pros
  • Great Overall
Cons
  • Obsolete Model

Get a dexterity toy

My 2 year old grandson was the first to open this gift at his party and we had to tear it off to open other gifts. He loved counting the pins and finding the right shape. Whenever I visited him, she was always at his gaming table, so I know he continues to be interested in her. This is more difficult than adjusting the shape of balls or boxes.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Don't know

Cute, fun and really made out of wood!

Such a cute and fun product. My 2 year old daughter just loves it. The whole system is made of wood. It is very durable and safe for children. It says it's for ages 3+, but younger kids will love it. The blocks are big enough for small hands. They are different, bright colors and different shapes. They can be used for counting, sorting, shape recognition, cognitive development and more! This is a great addition to our preschool program!

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Functionality

Good toy, poor workmanship

Absolutely good toy but assembly shows it's from China and in my experience I never expect it to be perfect. Cathy had a decent review above with photos showing that in the 5 and 4 pin sections all the pins are loose and pop off immediately causing a choking hazard. Pretty sure they are trying to save on glue during the building process so sections 3, 2 and 1 were glued tightly together just like the one in Cathy's picture. That being said, a bit of Elmer's wood glue and some elbow grease…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Compatibility
