Faulty Steering Part Ruined Experience

THIS automotive tool`s idler arm proved to be a disaster. It failed less than two months after installation, leading to even more expensive repairs. The only benefit was the affordable initial price. However, that small positive paled in comparison to the negative impact it had on my vehicle..

The part appears to have been fitted to a vehicle

The part was delivered quickly and ahead of schedule. The package, which was supposed to contain a cotter pin and an oiler, was open and empty. The needle was missing. The oil can, which should have been in a plastic bag, was already on and greased. There was grease on the bottom of the box. It looks as if the part was installed on the car.
