I bought a few letters as gifts and they all arrived on time, the presentation is excellent, even a mini postcard and envelope fit in the box. The length is great, double sided is amazing, one side is italic the other is bold. Big enough to read. The only thing I would like to say is that the letter J was scratched a bit.
