Perfection good for me

I’m am not new to resin, but I am new to resin cups. I didn’t want to invest too much, so bought this. I had it running straight for 3 days and it’s perfect. If you stop and start it, it changes direction so you can get diverse coverage. I’m super messy so I put a glove over the foam, worked great. It has good balance and is quiet. I am always on the lookout for new things to do, but I can’t waste any more money on things that are a passing trend. If you want to try out this cup pour thing, get

It's a great item that needs some adaptive

No manual so had to figure it out on my own. It was easy after I figured it out just frustrating at first. The sponges are too big for most tumblers and coffee cups. However it looks like most for sale on here are set up that way. Buy a pool noodle and cut to fit so when doing epoxy it doesnt adhere to the tumbler/cup.

Only worked for a month

I loved it for the month it worked. It’s not spinning anymore it sounds like the motor is running but no spin 👎🏼 That's my feedback.

In general, it's not bad

Was very easy to assemble and extremely quite when it runs. The issue I have is the foams that come with it. Once you use them they take a long time to get back into its full form and will slide around in the tumbler. Also the the center of hole in the foam is a little larger than the shaft that turns the cup. This causes my tumbler to fall off before it is dried. Very frustrating as I am forced to babysit them. Short life.don't waste your money

I have had this turner for a few months but have only used it maybe 5 times and now it is malfunctioning! It will rotate then stop several times and if you work with epoxy you know that this will ruin your tumbler! Very upset that this messed up only after using it a few times.

Does a good job after you figure out how to get it together

No directions so it was challenging to get it together and use for the first time because I had never used one before at all. The screw and hex nut that hold the tube on are very tiny and hard to get together so would have been nice if the mfgr had included a small tool for that - again not the end of the world just frustrating. The screw and hex nut occasionally fall out of the hole that holds the tube on the motor because I cant get it tight enough. OTHERWISE, great product - have completed a

impossible to put together

The product I received had whatever coating/powder coat used clogging the screw holes in the base - motor attachment points (3). The screws would start but never had a chance to tighten up due to the obstruction at the end of the threaded hole.

Sturdy, easy to assemble low to no noise!

Look no where else! This tuner is fabulous. I have had for a while now. I liked it so much I purchased another of this company's turners. The customer service is top notch as well. You can’t beat the high quality of this product for the price.

This rotating cup is very practical

First of all, I'd like to say that this rotating cup is very good. It's very strong, and it spins very smoothly. And it won't hurt my glass. It has a lot of accessories, silicone brushes are very easy to use. There's no need to worry about sticking together.

2/7/21 UPDATE - The second machine lasted only 5 Months right in the middle of use! It did work great for 5 months and the motor just stop working. Very disappointed in the quality of this product. Great machine minor issues.

The tumbler turner I received came with no instructions on how to assemble. It is literally is silent. I thought it had broke. Woke up to my cup not turning, it was still plugged in, tried turning it off and on. Turns out it was still on, the nut just wasn't tightened enough and overnight the nut fell off and the screw fell out.Also received the really big black rubber ends for the cup to be on while on the turner. The were WAY to big for any of my cups so we had to cut one of them down a…

Assembly problems good for me

The screws that came with it did not fit. I ended up using gorilla glue to connect the motor plate and bottom plate together. Other than that it works as described.

Great starter kit best in my review

I like the idea of this being a starter kit. It comes with glitter and a few very handy tools to use. I don't like the thickness of the foam cup holder. It is really hard to remove after but they hold the cup in place very good. I would recommend this product for 1st time cup makers.
