It really pisses me off. How do things like this work well and then suddenly not?! Is this an "update" from Apple iOS?!?! Drives you crazy!

I bought this adapter for my iPhone 11 because the sound is pretty good in wired headphones and I just refused to buy a new set for the phone. I've had it for a few months now and have no issues with it considering how picky I am with my hardware. Yes, I am happy with the purchase and I recommend this adapter.

This manufacturer's "brand" of a rectangular, supposedly MFi-certified Lightning to 3.5mm adapter/jack seems to work/perform perfectly! Bought 1 to test/evaluate (with iOS/12 ProMax) after how I had to return 2 adapters from 'other sellers' which didn't work at all after trying everything... then bought 2 more of these. Tested and they work fine too! These WORK!😀

The product looks good quality but when used with my iPhone 11 it cuts out with the sound and then the slightest movement during a call cuts out the ringtone, which is very frustrating on a work call. Even when running, the slightest movement interrupts the sound. The original Apple keys are much better. For the price, it should do better than Apple. Very disappointed and no way to contact seller to request a replacement.

The sound quality is excellent. but had trouble connecting the adapter in either direction as it is an L shape. You can rotate the plug in the direction you want the adapter to face. It works fine in one direction, but the sound keeps disappearing in the other direction.

I bought this adapter for my iPhone 11 because the sound is pretty good in my wired headphones and I just gave up buying a new phone kit. At first I was very satisfied with this product. It seems to be a good design and the angled adapter was exactly what I was looking for to fit my iPhone 11 in my running backpack. However, after less than 3 months of use, I got a terrible "Accessories not supported" and the adapter stopped working. The same headphones work with a different adapter I had, so I know the adapter is to blame.
