Good enough for the price

This item is just as described. Very light, but heat comes thru, so have to be careful not to burn myself whenever I use it. Overall, not bad for the price.

  • Great kettle for the price. Built in thermometer works well.

  • The price is higher than most other stockpots on the market

Complete failure on my review.

It arrives in pieces with no instructions how to assemble the temperature gauge or the drain. Also, it lacked pieces, ie a critical rubber seal, so it ended up leaking water in spite of our best efforts. In the end, a complete failure!

Instructions on my review.

There were no instructions in the box as to how to put the gages on the pot. Then when they were on the leaked and leaked until almost a whole roll of Teflon tape was used.

Possibly usable but not new condition.

I ordered 3 of these for a project. All three arrived severely dented. One arrived with an extra thermometer and valve but neither of the thermometers was usable. One had broken glass, the other had a severely bent probe. I would not trust it. I guess the company thought it the purchaser’s responsibility to cannibalize parts from two broken thermometers to make one good one. I am not sure. There was not even a simple diagram of how to assemble the valve, nipple, O rings, and nuts to prevent…
