I like that they are flexible, very knowledgeable about their industry (advertising), have great people skills to work with clients as well as prospects & candidates! The only thing i dislike from working at more advertising was when you can't go into your computer for too long because it gets so slow/crashes etc.. This could be improved by making an upgrade of hardware or software but not sure if this would help them improve this area? Great team who support each other really effectively both
