I love the ease of use of this product. I'm not the most experienced person when it comes to hair straightening. Over the years I've burned myself with so many curling irons and straighteners that I've stopped using them altogether. It gives me confidence and works well with my medium thick hair. I use Moroccan Oil Thermal Spray on this and my hair really shines when I'm done. 😊

Just received and tried it and so far so good! It's almost the same as a normal iron (I have a GHD) but much faster! It didn't make the hair as smooth (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but that may be because my hair is bleached and a bit dry. Much better than the other cheaper ones I've returned. If anything changes in the next few days, I'll update my review.
