many problems good for headsets

There wasn't very good documentation on how to switch between phone/bluetooth and pc connection mode. Very few returned items on the site

Good, but lots of room for improvement.

It works, but usability can take a lot of work. If it wasn't technical, I'm not sure this would work so easily that I could rely on conference calling.

The worst time ever! in telephone accessories

The product got off to a great start. but of course it went off completely after May 1st, the return date, it went off in the middle of a conversation and hasn't since. I work in a call center and the timing of a product failure could not have come at a worse time.

Works great until I was in a horrible accident

Great product, no complaints. There was a terrible accident, now I can't use the device. Accommodate me for 2 days outside of the 30 day return policy. The hospital patient missed the return deadline by 2 days. Neither Revain nor the seller allowed the device to be returned. upset. Termination of Revine.

It's a workhorse in headsets

I'm using my old one to hell looking for the same replacement model and although things are falling off it I've taped it on and it lasts for one after very little heavy use 4 year old, I'm still using the first one until it dies. I use this thing 4-6 hours a day with very minor issues.

Doesn't fit well with phone accessories

I've had this product since April but my receptionist rarely uses it. It's just a terrible fit to be honest, they're chunky and uncomfortable around the ear, the ear cups don't sit well in the ear and when you wear glasses it's really uncomfortable. I never returned it out of sheer laziness and it's too late now but I have to say if I could I honestly would and I regret the purchase. In its current form it will probably end up in a drawer somewhere.

There are many options for the same price. The sound quality is equivalent to a can of chicken noodle soup and the battery life is barely enough for an 8-hour work day. This is a purchase I regret because it took longer than the return period to really understand how bad the product is. or i would send it back. A good device when it works, a bad return policy when it doesn't

Order Jabra Motion Office online. After receiving the package, I found that the earphone was broken. An order returned to the online retailer by Revain. There were no problems with delivery and assembly. I've been using the device for 2 months and now it won't charge. Contacted Jabra Support and found the device to be defective.
