Upgraded MCOR Motor Controller Input for Club Car Precedent Electric 2004 and Above Review

Sometimes the trolley refused to move forward and backward when the accelerator pedal was pressed. Once I was able to get the car moving, I also noticed constant jerks as the car reached full speed. Replacing Mcor eliminated both of these problems. There was a bit of an issue aligning the screw dowels with the pedal assembly, but a light tap with a rubber mallet got them in place. The new Mcor works great, I recommend it, especially for the price.

I bought this throttle position sensor for my Club Car golf cart. Since we are Snowbirds and the cart is in Florida, it was installed and then not used for 6 months. After only about 4 months of operation, this part actually failed. This usually results in a very bad rating. However, I emailed the supplier via Revain on Friday evening. I had an intermittent issue where my 2007 Club Car Precident Champion Edition sometimes behaved like the key was removed. You would press the gas pedal and nothing would happen. Then at some point it will work again. Sometimes it slowed down, sometimes it accelerated. In other cases the cart would work perfectly.
