Skip this shade. Waste of time and money

Don't waste your money on this junk. Wrinkles that don't smooth out, lots of fish eyes on the film. Absolute rubbish. I wish there was a zero star option

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Damaged as soon as we used it.

The ceramic foil of all 3 rolls purchased is damaged and therefore unusable. It's been 3 days since we opened the package to use it.

Looks good! on shields

The first tint roller arrived damaged. The seller refunded my money without any problems, so I ordered another roll. The second roll arrived so well packaged I was so impressed! The shadow looks good! I can't wait to install it! I will update the review once I install it.

Pros
  • Surprisingly
Cons
  • There are downsides

Very good product - car detailing

This was my first auto glass tint. Since these were the Mustang Fastback 66's side and vent windows, there were no contouring issues or tricky curves to work out. The window has a bar attached to it, so I had to cut it to that bar. Along with the shadow, they sent instructions, which was very helpful. I followed the directions and used a heat gun to get rid of any remaining tiny bubbles and the jar looks great.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Our van's window tint was exactly what I was hoping for

Choose ceramic window tint for our RV windows as it shouldn't interfere with cellular and wi-fi signals like a metal based tint movies. I choose 50% light transmission because I don't want it to be dark, but I needed the UV protection that ceramic film provides. The film was well packaged - there was no damage in transit. I haven't actually applied window tint, but after watching a few YouTube videos and reading the instructions that came with it, it turned out to be good.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Less than 5 feet per roll. Couldn't finish the job.

I measured my windows and 5 feet would have been sufficient based on my measurements. After work began, it became clear that it was less than 5 feet. More like 4.5. Short enough to make it damn short so I had to order another one. The box is not original, it is repackaged. The original film actually comes 10 feet from the maker, so anyone who's ever cut it has done a poor job of measuring it. Someone will get longer ends, and someone will get shorter ones (like me).

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Approximately

It's thin and the glue isn't strong.

If you're a total pro, you can probably use it. Because it is very thin and the glue is not strong, it is very easy to fold, burn when shrinking, and scratch when squeezing bubbles. It's just not the best product. But for the money it only makes sense if you already have a lot of experience with window tinting or don't have to worry about your tinting job having many flaws. This is because you are running out of shadows because you had to start over. For beginners, I look for thicker products…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • too dumb
