This cup holder fits like a glove and is made of quality material, it may be a bit too stiff for what it's supposed to do. Keep your mug in place with easy insertion and removal. The wedges on the bottom of the cup don't help much, my cardboard piece of coffee is stuck in the bottom. I was afraid of the cup collapsing, hopefully that will change with more use. I would like to point out that I think the cup holder in the Tesla is a bit smaller than in my previous cars.

The Model 3 coasters were too wide for a lot of the bottles (swollen) and cans I put in, causing them to fall out during wobbled around during the ride. I've tried a few cup holder inserts and they either didn't fit well, came out with the bottle, or looked cheap. This cup holder insert fits perfectly flush, looks OEM friendly and most importantly works with every bottle I put in it. Even my wider Yeti 30iz, which worked in a standard cup holder, still fits in as the rubber bumpers fit the cup.
