Type of review

Most of the installation went according to the instructions. However, a few questions. Each bracket that mounts to the wall has 4 mounting holes but only 4 mounting screws and anchors. Make sure the speaker panel is the correct size for your speaker. There are no mounting screws for the back of the speaker unless you have the appropriate holes on the back of the speaker and need to screw it to the back. The decorative plastic side covers are a little tricky to install.

Perfect fit for my Klipsch R-14S speakers

First off these are VERY solid and well built units. The ability to mount them on the wall and adjust the angle is just what I needed. They are made of steel and durable materials. I used wall anchors to attach them to one wall and screws to attach them to another. zero problems. With the slider you can adjust the micro or macro angle. I would recommend finding a convenient corner to ensure each mount will fit. The hinge and angle adjustment covers can be finicky, but just stick with it.

Strength: Brackets

I have M&K LCR-750THX speakers that weigh 16 pounds each. I looked at several wall mount solutions before settling on them. Others just didn't feel strong enough or didn't stay in place. Once installed (in drywall with drywall anchors) they were strong. The design of holding the speaker at a right angle works great. Each bracket requires 4 holes but once the decorative covers are installed they look amazing. If you have speakers that weigh over a few pounds I highly recommend trying them out.

For mounting JBL Arena 120 (B15) speakers

I used Mount-It brackets to add front panel speakers to my AVR home theater system. All of my speakers are from the JBL Studio Series, but I chose the JBL Arena 120 for front height because they're lighter (just 7.7 pounds each) and have front connectors. I had to drill through the back of the speaker to attach the mounting plate, but it just fit into the conduit. Thus, the mounting plate is offset to either side of the rear wire channel; left speaker to the wired channel on the right right…

very important! good for speaker mounts

This is a great price and I would like to give 5 stars across the board but for the missing 4 screws and anchors. The wall mounting plates each have 4 holes with a total of 8 screws and dowels needed to fully mount the plates to the wall. The scope of delivery included only 4 screws and dowels for attaching the base plate. My speakers didn't need to attach all 8 anchors as they aren't that heavy. Other users may not be as lucky as I am. See included hardware. Otherwise, they are reliable and…

One of the few decent weight mounts that doesn't look like an Autobot!

First, I don't have the "rattle" problem that others have complained about. Also, I'm sure I can fix this problem with a fair amount of Blu-Tac or assembly putty. Before buying I tested many speaker wall mounts and I am completely satisfied with them! Here are some things I've learned while searching for mounts. You will most likely need to drill holes in the speaker to attach EACH bracket. If (luckily for you!) your speaker already has threaded holes, you will most likely need to drill holes…

Good quality but can be designed for easier installation

Overall these mounts seem good. They mount to the wall and hold the speakers at almost any angle. In this respect they are excellent and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. The build quality is solid. There's a bit of play in the lateral adjustment, which I don't like, but they snap in well enough and don't move after installation. The up-down angle adjustment is well designed but unachievable. after the installation is complete. Before completing the installation, make sure you have exactly…

Pros
  • EASY INSTALLATION: The speaker wall bracket is easy to install in two steps: 1. Fix the bracket to the wall, 2. Screw the metal plate behind the speaker and put the Plate in the wall bracket. Low-profile design and speaker placement 4.5 inches from the wall provides ample space for installation.

Very durable and can be installed on drywall.

I have Mount-It! Heavy-duty speaker wall mount on either side of the TV in a corner approximately 8ft for mounting 12lb bookshelf speakers. Luckily, they're well enough under my speaker size to target my listening position. These were my discoveries during the installation. - DURABLE: made of hardened steel and very durable. I used them for 12 pound bookshelf speakers. -- STUD INSTALLATION ONLY?: Instructions only cover stud or stone installation. I didn't have a stud I wanted to install and I…

Good for the price but not for full range monitors

It is difficult to rate this product. I've given it an optimistic rating based on what I think is the best use case (small satellite speakers). Application I bought them for: To elevate multiple small monitors above my computer desktop (7.5" x 10" dx 13" and 12-15 lbs). Suitable Application: Satellite speakers in a home theater system (5- I would downgrade these heavier speakers to about 2.5 stars for two reasons: Any good quality wall mount is fine because it severely limits bass response - an
