The camera mount wobbled too much.

I installed a yi 4k camera on this machine and I rode my mountain bike. From the start I noticed that the camera was shaking and I was afraid it might fall, which it didn't. I saw that the camera wasn't flush with the bottom of the part it was bolted to so I added a couple of thin washers which seemed to help, but the top of the unit was still loose and kept rocking up and down and to the side side. . Best tripod and monopod accessory on the market

This is the third (and best) GoPro mount I've used on my motorcycle. Aluminum is way stronger than the crappy plastic I've used in the past. The best part is how the end of the camera rotates around the base. Based on the picture I thought it was a threaded locking ring that tightens to keep the base from moving but it is NOT. It has a "self-locking" swivel base with a ratchet and a latch that you pull out, rotate to the desired angle, and then automatically lock back in place. MUCH more…
