Run Small Mittens in Gloves & Mittens

After reading the reviews and getting cold toes while clearing snow last winter I decided to give this product a try. They advise men to order one size larger. As a woman, I have big hands. I usually buy men's gloves/mittens in a large size, so I ordered them in size XL. You are still too small. I can wear them but they are very tight. My advice to people with big hands is to order two sizes up. We had a blizzard and they were fine, my fingers didn't get cold. But then it wasn't so cold. It…

City Mittens for blizzards and change

For the price, they're just exceptional value. The extra large size fits a medium sized woman's hand. The thumbs are disproportionately long. The mittens were wide enough but about half an inch shorter in wrist-to-finger ratio. Good for a snowy day with a snowblower. This is not a thick cold weather glove for North Idaho down to 15 degrees Fahrenheit. They are stable and the workmanship looks good. They are not suitable for skiing, hiking or long stays in winter weather. But for a 15-minute…

custom sizing on gloves and mittens

Very pretty and made with lots of insulation. However, as others have said, they run small/narrow. Ordered XL on recommendation to order 2 sizes larger. I usually wear medium or 8 1/2. They weren't too wide, but too long. I should note that I have a square hand, broad with not very long fingers. One of them had a small spot where it wasn't sewn to the end so the insulation was showing. Contacted the seller and he sent a replacement glove. Very good seller who wants you to be satisfied. So I had

You can't go wrong with this purchase

I ordered these Mountain Made winter gloves for cold weather for my brother who is disabled and wheelchair bound. My brother could still drive his wheelchair in Mountain Made Cold Weather gloves. If you're wondering why I keep mentioning the Mountain Made name, it's because my brother also has arthritis in his hands; By having the mittens insulated, he can keep his left thumb and fingers extended and he can now load laundry unaided (this is my disclosure, I'm not affiliated with the company…

walk a little on mittens

I bought these at the end of the season so the price was good. However, they are undersized. They claim they are for men or women and men order one size larger. I'm a man and I usually wear oversized work gloves so I ordered these extra large mittens. I can put my hands in but they are tight and uncomfortable. Can't comment on durability yet as I haven't used them yet, but they seem to be well put together. I'm 6ft 1in and 185lbs with normal arms for my height. If you are taller or have large…
